Celebrate Women's History Month with a celebration of women!
Gather in a safe, supportive space as Jennifer Bartell and Cassie Premo Steele share poetry and guide participants through mindful discussion, journaling, and quiet reflection. Think of this as a time to nurture yourself and rekindle your light with the arrival of spring.
Recommendations:
-Have paper and pen handy. We will be doing some short journaling exercises that will not be shared with the group.
-Let yourself be in a quiet space where you won't be disturbed and please silence your phone.
-Choose a comfortable place to sit. We want this to feel like a treat you're giving to yourself.
