Our library is proud to offer Cooking Matters® for Parents, a free 6-week hands-on course where participants learn cooking, meal prepping, grocery shopping, food budgeting, and healthy eating skills from nutrition professionals. Take-home groceries, prizes, and fun learning activities make this 6-week commitment well worth it!
Best of all, this cooking series is taught by a Registered Dietitian and Cooking Matters® chef, this course covers food safety, meal preparation, grocery shopping, food budgeting and nutrition.
