The Literary Circle
The Richland Library Literary Circle is our premier annual giving society. Beginning with gifts totaling $500 or more annually, corporate donors at the Literary Circle level are dedicated to ensuring that future generations enjoy the same high level of Library programs and services that exist today at Richland Library.

The Richland Library Friends and Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization governed by a Board of Trustees whose mission is to support Richland Library by raising awareness and financial support. Gifts to the Richland Library Friends and Foundation are fully tax-deductible and are used to support programs and services not covered by the Richland County tax appropriation.
