Career Online High School is free to adults age 21 and older who live in Richland County, and does not require U.S. Citizenship or a transcript.
The online program provides:

How it Works:
Step 1: Take the online self-assessment.Step 2: Enroll in and complete a prerequisite course in two weeks or less.
Step 3: Wait to hear from a library staff member who will contact you for your interview.
