Eastover Living Room

The 5,200 square foot facility was made possible by a USDA Rural Development grant, funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, and matching funds from Richland County.

Custom Panels at Eastover

Custom panels integrate historical elements that promote the people and places that make up Lower Richland's vibrant past. 

Eastover Children's Area

Children can explore their community through interactive play with this one-of-a-kind map table--complete with area landmarks like the Eastover water tower.

Highlights of the $1.6 million renovation and expansion of Richland Library Eastover, include a state-of-the art children’s area with exciting new features like these interactive listening tubes.

Over the last three decades, Eastover’s 5,400 residents have proved their need for more space, more computers and more access to the library’s resources.

Eastover Grand Opening

Richland Library unveiled its renovated and expanded Eastover location to nearly 700 customers on Tuesday, April 30, 2013.
