Part of the vibrant International Corridor located in the Dentsville area of Richland County, Richland Library Northeast includes dedicated spaces for exploring your culinary passions; building your children’s reading muscles; and checking out the latest movies, books and music.

Dedicated Spaces include:
 

CAREER COACHING CENTER 
Meet one-on-one with a career coach for assistance with résumés, job applications, career assessment or interview strategies. 


CHILDREN’S AREA 
Inspire lifelong learning; get your kids ready for kindergarten; or build reading muscles in our new Children’s Area. Explore our cozy story room and tinkering space.


COPY / PRINT / FAX / SCAN CENTER 
Make photocopies, fax, scan documents and release print jobs sent from library computers in one convenient location.


GENERAL USE COMPUTERS 
Use this space to enhance technology skills, conduct research or browse the web. Computers are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.


MEETING SPACES 
Learn, create and share in flexible spaces that support community collaboration, small group discussions, and more.


PATIO
Step outside and enjoy the fresh air. Enjoy a book or use your laptop in our comfortable out¬door seating area.

In a hurry? Pick up your holds without getting out of your car. 


PUBLIC ART | Clark Ellefson
Enjoy one-of-a-kind, community-driven art designed by Clark Ellefson. Highlighting the library’s proximity to the international corridor, Ellefson created a map of the world that wraps a corner of the building. In addition, a free standing sculpture symbolizing both waves and water adorns the Parklane entrance to Richland Library Northeast.


TEACHING KITCHEN
Learn about culinary techniques, regional and international cuisine, health, and culinary literacy in our new Teaching Kitchen. Watch for a full schedule of interactive group classes in 2019.
