The new year can bring many opportunities for growth and learning. Creating a digital vision board can be an excellent way to plan your future goals. Vision boards can be fantastic visual aids used to motivate and inspire.

The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.

How to start:

The first step is to write or type a list of goals you would like to accomplish in a set time frame. The list can be short or long. This list will help you when picking out your images.

Next, you will need to choose a platform to compile your images. For my digital vision board, I used a blank template from the website Canva. An alternative option could be Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, or PowerPoint) or an online website (such as Canva or Pinterest).

To add images, download or upload your desired photos and arrange them to your liking. Once you are content with your digital vision board, you can save it to your home screen on most devices or print it out to hang on your wall.

The benefits of creating a digital vision board:

  • You can display it on any device's home screen (computer, tablet, or cell phone) and use it as inspiration.
  • You can update it if your goals change.
  • It is a beautiful outlet to expand on your creativity.
  • You can save your vision boards and reflect on them later in life.
